Quality Management – SPL Group
Quality is one of SPL Group’s three operating principles and we are always looking for ways to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our products/service quality. The SPL Group voluntarily became ISO 9001:2015 compliant. Aligned with SPL corporate vision and values, being ISO 9001:2015 compliant includes eight quality management principles, all fundamental values that shape and govern SPL Group’s conduct in the marketplace. In addition, ISO 9001 meets statutory and regulatory requirements related to Quality Management Systems and affirms good business and management practices.

We offer high-quality modules and machines, giving our customers the confidence that all parts used for repairs or refurbishment are of ultimate quality standard and refurbishment is performed by the latest industry-standard guidelines. With our quality control process, customers can compare the quality of refurbished and recycled spare parts within the market. Our quality control process allows our customers to identify the criteria that set apart high-quality overhauled service parts and modules versus lower standards used by many of our competitors.
