In keeping with good management and business practices, SPL developed a Business Continuity Plan to respond to natural disasters and/or extreme events that may significantly disrupt our business.
The Business Continuity Plan outlines procedures and guidelines for implementation in the event of a disaster or disruption. We will need to remain flexible and improve the Business Continuity Plan as actual events occur. With that in mind, we are providing you with some general information on our business continuity plan.
If after a significant business disruption you cannot contact us as usual at +49 5461 88278 100, try to contact us by email at [email protected]
If a disruption occurs at our office building, we will transfer our operations to an alternate site when needed and expect to recover and resume business within 24-48 hours.
Our Business Continuity Plan:
Our Business Continuity Plan is designed to identify critical business functions and resume operations as quickly as possible, pending the size and severity of the significant business disruption. Our core focus is the health and safety of our employees, getting back to business as usual with our customers, safeguarding our assets and protecting the company’s records and property.
Our business continuity
All mission critical systems, data backup and recovery; financial and operational assessments; alternative communications with customers, employees, alternate physical location of employees; and critical suppliers and contractors.
Significant business disruptions can vary in scope and depend on the business district location, the city location or the region. Within each of these locations, the severity of the disruption may vary from minimal to severe. In either situation, we plan to continue business and transfer operations to other SPL locations and keep you informed on our website.
